about B O U R I E _ SS19

It is conspicuous, it’s simple but detailed which is distinctive and reveals a soft style but comfy, functional and definitely stylish. Black and white, navy and a series of reds are cleverly combined with stripe patterns and some pointed textures almost like a Pollocks paintings. Some pieces mostly the monochromatic ones have an unique asymmetrical and unbalanced silhouette with ruffle details, changing the stereotype of basic pieces to a nostalgic and strong pieces.

The wit-packed details of the brand are really in small details, when you look closely every simple piece even the shirts have some fun and ironic designed details. This collection suggests a daily but clever look that anyone can use, what is interesting that even if each piece can be considered like a functional basic piece for your wardrobe when you combined differently it is still being strong, well oversize tailored and have the Bourie dna.

The designer ‘Boo’  (Joe Eun Hye) creates a really calm but cool environment, the Manny jacket has an unusual silhouette with unbalanced captains and ruffle details hidden in many places, almost like a mystery or a puzzle or even an enigma play we enjoyed discovering every single detail in each piece which reinvent the usual to make it useful and stylish.
